The purpose:
Inspire – With the leading of the Holy Spirit, servant leaders are to set the standard of influence within the culture around them. We inspire servant leaders to use their gifts to Glorify God.

Encourage – Teaching sound doctrine, proclaiming the Gospel and making disciples are key for servant leaders. Training in those areas are crucial so that we are not tossed back and forth by every wind of teaching.

Belong – We need each other. We can’t live life alone. We grow together in any type of situation. We go reach out and help those that are in need. Servant leaders are generous…”whatever is mine, is yours.”
